*Morning Ashtanga Yoga classes, one fun cardio dance for class from Andrea Ziegler (Ziggy). ALL levels.
(We are lucky to have Andrea's expertise and input into this retreat. Her dance and choreography career includes long stints globally with Cirque du Soleil & Celine Dion; Andrea will join us for several sessions, including a Q&A on injury prevention and movement longevity.)
*Scrumptious Meet 'n Greet, PLUS INCREDIBLE BRUNCHES post-morning practice.
(For other meals, you’re able to explore the many savoury flavours in this beautiful Sunset town!)
* Gentle/restorative yoga practices late afternoon with introductions to breathwork and pranayama.
* Guided beach/jungle hike to the neighbouring surf village of Sayulita.
*Creative art class (NO, Jeff is not leading this. lol ;)
*An exclusive afternoon at the Tierra Tropical Beach Club, food and beverage included.

Not Included:
*Airfare to/from Puerto Vallarta (PVR) airport: During this season, there are many great deals on direct flights!
*Transportation to/from the airport to your accommodation. There are easy and affordable options, taxi/Uber/bus
*Accommodation. There are many lovely places to stay in town at all price points. I happily supply a list of recommended Airbnb and boutique hotels. (NOTE: this is a very popular time in San Pancho. Book NOW to get choice accommodation.)
PACKAGE PRICE - $649 USD
A $300 US deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot. This is non-refundable but transferable to other retreats or friends.
The remaining balance is due no later than Jan 15, 2025.
